Your creativity matters and I’ll treat it with respect, so I ask for the same in return.

Timeline & Delivery

• I aim to deliver your artwork on time, quickly but without rushing the process, so that you can get the best possible result.
• We’ll talk about an estimated delivery time before I start drawing; I won’t require payment until we both agree on clear deadlines.
• If anything changes, I’ll let you know right away.
• Usually, I don’t accept commissions with long deadlines. This way, neither of us has to worry about not receiving updates from the other for months.

How I Work

1- You provide a clear description and character references for your idea.
2- I’ll create a sketch for your approval.
3- Once the sketch is approved and after the payment goes through, I’ll move on to line-art and coloring (if applicable), keeping you updated throughout the process. I may also ask for clarifications on some details.I’m always available to answer any questions you might have on the art. You’ll always know what’s happening with your commission. My goal is to deliver high-quality artwork you can be proud of, with great attention to detail and a personal touch throughout the process, while also making the experience smooth and stress-free.

Revisions & Changes policy

• Sketch phase: 1–2 major changes (pose adjustments, body structure, facial features, background tweaks, or proportions.)
• Line-art/Flat color phase: up to 8 minor changes (color tweaks or minor details like tufts of fur, facial details, flat color changes, etc.)
• Shading/Lighting phase: included in the previous 8 changes (adjustments should be minimal, but some small tweaks are possible.)I strive to be flexible, but I also have to keep a reasonable workflow. With too many changes, I may not be able to complete your or someone else’s work on time. If your character reference is unclear and that causes a major revision, I may add an extra fee.

Final Artwork & Usage Guidelines

• You’ll receive your final artwork in PNG/JPG formats at 350 dpi. Source files (PSD/CLIP) are not included.
• Artwork is for personal use unless we agree otherwise. This means that you can freely post it and share it on your social media accounts as long as there is no commercial use involved and you do not profit from my work.
• Please don’t remove my signature/watermark if included. It’s part of my art, and removing it prevents me from being properly credited for my work.
• I may share your artwork, including work-in-progress stages. If you prefer to keep it private, feel free to let me know in advance.
• Want to edit your artwork? Just ask first! We can agree on a solution together.
• Shoutouts and proper crediting are always appreciated when sharing your artwork!

Payment Info

• I accept payments via PayPal or Wise.
• Payment is due after you approve the initial sketch.
• Single- commission prices are fixed, but I’m open to discussing discounts for larger orders.
• Additional requests (extra characters, complex background, etc.) are subject to additional fees.

Refund Policy

• I DO NOT offer refunds once work has started or is completed. I’ll finish your artwork and deliverit to you even if you change your mind along the way. Of course, you have the right to ask me not to publish it and keep it to yourself.
• If, for whatever reason, I won’t be able to complete your commission, I will of course offer you a full refund.Creating art for me is not just a job, it’s a passion. Every commission receives my full attention, care, and love. I’m dedicated to making your ideas come to life with the highest quality, while keeping the process enjoyable, clear, and collaborative. Your satisfaction matters most, and I want you to feel heard, supported, and excited every step of the way.
